One of letters with that begins the fewest amount of words in the English language, Q, was the easiest letter to write in the PV series. There are so many Q articles to write, but I have to go with Q is for the Web Writing Quagmire: Quality or Quantity. It is not a choice. You need both.

Why?

Because once and for all I am going to try to put this discussion to rest. Web writers get caught up in thinking they have to choose between quality and quantity in order to be successful on the web. It's just not true.

Web writing involves both quality and quantity.

Quality

First, an explanation on quality. While there are writers out there who do not believe you can write quality and still please the search engines, it's just not true. An article which is pure SEO does not always have content. These are the web sites and blog entries which make reader irate when they reach them. Web searchers do not like to be duped. They want information.

On the opposite end, it is possible to write a quality article with content and then add your SEO techniques. Write it first, then add the search engine bait. One way to retain the quality of an article is to use all of the places outside of the article that are available you to increase your keyword phrases.

Headline

For example, you must have your keyword or keyword phrase in the headline. It also should appear in the abstract for any article.

Additional Fields

Do not ignore the importance of any additional fields where you can type in related information or add links. These can also help increase your chances with the search engines.

Photo Caption

A photo caption should also include a keyword or keyword phrases

Those are opportunities to increase your chances with the search engines, without touching the text of your precious article.

Article Text and Quality

Now for the article. The first paragraph needs to be between 25 and 100 words. The keyword or keyword phrase should appear in bold and be repeated once or twice (depending on the length of the first paragraph) in that first paragraph.

The next place you can add the keyword phrase without disturbing your copy is at the end of the article, if you are quoting sources.
