The Reveo Marivac Food Tumbler from the Eastman Outdoors is an innovative tool that makes use of the revolutionary vacuum technology to marinade the meat in minutes and that too with half the amount of marinade that is usually required for conventional marinating. One of my cousins gifted this for last Christmas and this is one of the very few gifts that I would cherish life long. The only problem with this food tumbler is its exorbitant price. I wonder whether I would have bought this for personal use if I had known about its pricey $200 tag. I am sure there are people out there who are of the view that this is only a food tumbler and it is madness to spend so much on it. But I bet that once you use this gadget there is no way you can keep the griddles idle. Can you ever imagine marinating chicken, steak, duck, foul, prawns and what not in less than 20 minutes? I still remember those days when we kids used to salivate on the marinated turkey and were forced to wait for 24 hours for just the meat to get into the oven. This is no doubt the food tumbler of the generation next and this instant marinate plays a prominent role in the age of instant food.
The Reveo Marivac is a simple to use user friendly food tumbler that takes a maximum of 20 minutes for the wildest of recipes and gets the work done without any mess. There is no spillage on the countertop and washing the bag and big marinating bowls. This cleans like a charm and there are no intricate crevices for laborious cleaning. All you have to do is to load the tumbler with meat and marinade, then set pressure and allow it to roll. As the tumbler rotates the internal paddles shear the meat into thin fibers and expose all the deeper areas.
