Lil' Wayne (birth name Dwayne Michael Carter) has been in the rap game since 1999 with his debut solo album, The Block is Hot.
He went on a rampage in 2007, with hit after hit. He since has released four more albums and way more mixtapes than I can possibly think of off the top of my head. Lil' Wayne recently has become a giant in the rap industry collaborating with artists such as Mary J. Blige in Just Fine remix, Sweetest Girl by Wyclef Jean, and Lloyd's You, which peaked at No. 1 on the R&B Top 100.

It was hard to only have a top ten with Lil' Wayne because it seems like every song was my favorite, but I think I compiled a good list.

10. Go DJ, a hit off of The Carter, probably his best album to date

9. Earthquake featuring Jazze Pha, also from The Carter, was another song that made the album a hit on the billboard 100.

8. Block is Hot, This is was Wayne's single from the album The Block is Hot, (album and single have the same name) that earned him nominations for best new artist in 1999.

7. Stuntin' like My Daddy, was a single from the album Like Father, Like Son, which was an collaboration album with both Lil' Wayne and Birdman (also known as Baby).

6. Too Comfortable ft. Babyface, was a track off the mixtape The Drought is Over. This track is saying don't get too comfortable because you can be replaced.

5. Shooter featuring Robin Thicke, a hit single from hit sequel to the Carter series that combined the R&B flavor of Robin Thicke with Lil' Wayne's hip-hop talent.

4. Brand New, from the Drought is Over mixtape talks about all his new things and how you can guess, brand new.

3. Workin Em', from his mixtape The Dedication 2 produced by DJ Drama. The track is very up-tempo and keeps me entertain from start to finish. Withcatchy punch lines it is one of my favorites.

2. Sky's the Limit, off the mixtape The Drought 3 is one of my favorites song mainly because of the title but in the song he says a lot of things that grab attention and make you think about what he is saying.
