Date Me Now is a cool little program that allows you to add a date stamp to any image or photo. This program is fairly simple to use. Adding dates to photos can be done in just a few easy steps with this program. You can download Date Me Now from downloads.com. The program is fairly small so it will not take long to download. In this tutorial I am going to show you how to use Date Me Now. Open your program and let it load. On the left side of the program you will see a list of folders. Navigate your way through the folders until you reach the folder that has your photo in it. In the bottom window on the left you will see the thumbnails of the photos in that folder. Click on a thumbnail and you will see a preview of it in the top window.
Next, you will need to click a thumbnail in the bottom window and drag it to the middle column. Once you have placed the photo in the middle column you will see the name of the photo and you will see the photo in the far right window. You can date more than one photo at a time. To date more than one photo, drag the photos that you want to date to the middle column. Once you have all of your photos in the middle column, you can start dating them.
Click the button at the bottom of the program that says Date Files. This will place the date on your photos. Now you will need to change the settings of the date. I will quickly run through each setting.
Font
In this section you will need to choose your font style and weight.
Font Size
In the font size section you will need to select the size of your date and time. You can leave it on automatic or you can tick the percent field or the pixel field. Keep in mind when you are setting the size that your photo is probably not at full percent. It has probably been scaled down to fit in the window.
Date
In this section you will need to select the format of the date. There are many different formats to choose from. Drop the box down in this section and select the format of your choice. Then you will need to select the color of the font that you want to use. To select a different color, simply click the color box and the color box will open. Click the new color that you want to use.
