Dangerous Driving
The Weather Channel describes our New Hampshire snow situation as this: "Snow this evening will diminish to a few snow showers late. Low 21F. Winds NNE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 90%. 1 to 3 inches of snow expected." I am in a snug southern community where we are experiencing a heavy dumpSnow Plunders Northeast

I have shoveled the driveway once today as was said and I foresee more to come. I predict at least two more shovels due to this storm engulfing the East. What is a lesser of evils is the snow being light and fluffy rather than mixed with rain, wet and heavy. You should not have as much difficulty shoveling or snow-blowing at this time as you have in recent storms. From the looks of it, I think the storm will die down relatively shortly and taper off into a misty dusting later on this evening. Already, from the time it has taken me to write this, the snow-fall has decreased in intensity; but that is not an indicator of what is to come.
Simply observing, I do believe this "storm" as it's called will begin to diminish shortly here in the Live Free or Die State. As was said, driving may be slightly dangerous so take it easy, there is no rush. Since its Friday, parents have no worries about their children missing school tomorrow, thats a plus! Drive safe, bundle up, and remember to resist the urge to use high-beams when driving at night in this snow! The late and great Old Man of the Mountain wishes you safe travel with as little back-aches as possible!
