Is it just me or is this totally insane? All it's causing is havoc on us that do sell. Sales are slow now, due to this, which that it's not going to change a thing. There really isn't any use in doing it. I don't know but I decided to stay out of the strike and yet I am still losing money. I feel that it's making everyone lose instead of winning anything. Yes, it's plastered all over the news but does anyone really think eBay will change their minds? They have been through it before and it didn't change anything so why do it again? I am also a blogger on eBay and that has also slowed down and everyone is stressed out over this deal. There are actually people that try to make a living on eBay and for some it actually did help. Of course now... this situation has put a huge damper on that. So... I guess the question is this... How do you really feel about it?
Do we really need to prove ourselves or is it just to join in? The one thing in this entire situation is everyone is up in arms over the feedback issue. That I can understand but I do feel everyone should be equal in all standards. Look at how much everything has slowed down and I haven't seen much change in the feedback situation because technically there are no sales so that just leaves no feedback. I only see more issues in the future with the strike. There will be a huge loss in sales for everyone including those not striking and also what's to say when the strike is over that they will make up for time lost.
I have read many articles along with listening to the news that there are people still shopping and someone spent quite a bit of money. There are many people included in this strike but there are also more that are not included. What that means is those of us that don't worry either way are still trying to stick with what we enjoy or what ever it is the reason we sell on eBay.
Do we really want to keep up with this striking business or do we want to go on with our lives and handle the changes? That is what it really comes down to, changes that come and go every year or everyday for that matter. Every site I have been to change prices or fees all the time and they aren't on strike. What is it that matters? What matters is we are all human and mostly adults. There is always going to be something that changes whether it is eBay or something in real life. It is part of living in this world today; nothing can usually be done about it. The only thing we can do is just accept the fact that eBay changed the feedback system and the fees, that is that.
