Spring 1996 I not yet 20 years old and than living out the Hippie dream of hitchhiking about going places with little to no money in my pocket; Had drifted Down to New Orleans to see the Jazz festival. As you might Imagine that was not such a good Idea to come to such a large city where you may not know where you are going to sleep. I had decided to find rest in this park next to the Mississippi river. Well the next day I awoke early and found myself a cup of Java, and went back to the park to drink it . As I sat there on the park bench and watched the sun rise over the river the local police approached me and with out questions or warring's they placed me under arrest. when I ask what the charges were the officer had replied littering. My response was that I was an environmentalist and that I wouldn't even through my cigarette buts on the ground; The officer simply said that I was trash.

I spent 30 Days locked in O.P.P. (Orleans Parish Prison ) for being white American Trash. This came to an end when a judge at the end of my stay Stated that he was giving me 30 days time served and that this was totally Conditional.

I still wounder how that type of corruption can exist. I was A ignorant child at the time ; i latter read the Constitution and came to realize that the amount of punishment i had received for a crime that I was never tried for and I was accused of without no evidence was no where near with in any law enforcements rights to execute. I knew that yet I still hadn't found any way to receive any compensation for the injustice that I had undergone.

This Is still the Problem there is not any real originations that Stand for the little guy. If you have a big name Like oh say OJ Simpson or Paris Hilton the laws just don't apply. Now I know that the ACLU is supposed to be there to protect the little guy that seems to have gone away too.

2006 in the fall ,Slat Lake City; I was at the park when I received news that Destine Norton was missing. For the next 12 hours I went joined in on the search for that missing 4Year old child I went so far as to help a police officer brake in to a public rest room. The cops soon moved the search to door to door. This is important info.

No, you DON'T fight alone:::WE fight alone. I know all about this travesty. We don't live in a free country at all! Our "leaders" see the Constitution as something that impedes their quest for personal power. That's why they use Homeland "security" and "patriot" acts to undermine that precious document every chance they get. Thay are evil and need to be stopped, but everyone is far more interested in who can or cannot sing, our who gets booted off the friggin' island, that we will soon get the dictatorship we deserve, and I can only hope for all our sakes it is a benevolent one. GOD HELP US ALL!!!!!!!!!!
