Les Miserables
Due to the incredible musical talents of the French team of Claude-Michel Schonberg and Alain Boubil, this is an intricate story based off of the book "Les Miserables" by Victor Hugo. Starting with a prisoner-turned-Mayor, Jean Valjean impacts the lives of many people - including a woman who must leave her daughter, to be raised by an innkeeper, his wife and their daughter. Meanwhile a revolution is also occurring. The music is funny, joyous, tragic, while the story expresses a variety of tales of romance, fights of physical and internal, lit with humor as well. The unique performance is known for its circular-stage that rotates for all members of the audience to see during the show.
Miss Saigon
Taken from a fictional viewpoint of the Vietnam War, this story tells of an American fighter who falls in love with a woman in Saigon. Their love story involves the story of their son, the other love interests in the couple's lives, and the story of their friends. The show and scenery is magnificent, especially the scenes with the helicopter! The music is poignant and touching. The story keeps you hypnotized that it's over before you know it.
Phantom of the Opera
A unique tale of a deformed man in the "Phantom of the Opera" is seen by a gifted actress as her "Angel of Music." The woman's childhood love, a rival actress, and the Phantom all affect her life. The music is more "opera" sounding, but their vocal talents are beyond impressive.
