Money is not the root of all evil. The love of money is the root of all evil. Wherever you may live, there is always a price for goods and services. And in order to obtain or acquire these, one must be able to provide some sort of payment in exchange for what they sre receiving. This is the concept of sale and purchase. You cannot purchase anything for sale without some type of currency. This is why we have jobs.In order to earn this currency so that we may acquire what we want or need. This is an extremely basic way of life around the world. Work for pay; pay for goods and services.

Once we have recognized that the more money we have, the more we can add to our personal accumulation of materialistic affects, it then becomes, for most, our first and foremost goal to find a means of income which yields the highest rate of pay. At this point is where man, unwittingly, begins to develop his love of money. And it usually happens to most of us, whether we realize it or not. We are always looking for that higher paying job. And our greed goes one step further;we want the easiest job with the highest pay. Is any of this sounding familiar? It is to me. I'm only human.

We need to stop for a minute and think about the concept of what we need vs. what we want. There is nothing wrong with wanting the extra things life has to offer, But when we break it down to what is necessary to simply live and survive, it really doesn't require an exceptional amount of money. But the world wants more. It always wants more. Having a job that pays for basic needs becomes boring. It becomes mundane, and the mind begins thinking "Hey, if I can make more money, I can buy more things and I'll be happier." And we're only human. We love to fill our lives with extras. Entertainment, jewelery, nice clothing and cars, and nicer homes. This is normal; and there is nothing wrong with wanting the finer things in life. It at least shows character and brings out our highest levels of motivation and will to succeed. But with success, comes the desire for further success and yet further success. You get the point.
