Review of Alba Very Emollient French Lavender Bath & Shower Gel

I am not usually the kind of person that gets fancy soaps, shampoos and body washes and yet I always have them on hand because everyone gives them to me as gifts. Not to say that I am complaining, one of my favorite body wash gifts came from my mom a couple Christmases ago. She got me Alba Very Emollient French Lavender Bath & Shower Gel.

As a fan of organic foods and other products I was very pleased to see that the Alba Very Emollient French Lavender Bath & Shower Gel had certified organic ingredients in it. Also, as a vegetarian I was extremely pleased to see that the ingredients were 100% vegetarian and that the product isn't tested on animals. Although you can't just decide what you think of a product by the packaging, I would have to try out this body wash to really give it a good opinion.

The Alba Very Emollient French Lavender Bath & Shower Gel can be used as a body wash as well as a bubble bath. Wanting to keep the bottle for some time I have yet to use it for bubble bath but I have used it many times for bath and shower gel. I think that it is a wonderful body wash. It has a wonderful scent and it is hypo-allergenic. I have been using it for about 9 months now and I still have quite a bit left in the 12 oz bottle.

Although I received this as a gift I wanted to look up the price of it as I don't see any reason to change the body wash that I use after this bottle runs out. According to Amazon.com you can get a 12 oz Alba Honey Mango Body Bath & Shower Gel for about 7 dollars, they didn't carry the one that I am using but I assume that it would cost about that much as well.

I honestly can't think of anything that bothers me about the Alba Very Emollient French Lavender Bath & Shower Gel, I assume that the bottle will last me another 3 months, making it a potential 7 dollar expense every year and I certainly find that to be reasonable. Although I love lavender I am curious to know if I would like their honey and mango one as well. I would recommend this product with anyone wanting to use a body wash that has organic ingredients and works well for sensitive skin.
