Brittany Spears' Dad in Control of 100 Million Estate

According to Gossip Girls, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday, January 26^th in regards to Britney Spears' conservatorship. Brittany Spears' dad is Jamie Spears. He remains in control of the $100 million estate that Brittany Spears has built up. Jon Eardley claimed to represent the case but it was thrown out when it was found out that Eardley is not an attorney.

According to the Gossip Girls' website: He ruled, "Mr. Eardley fails to explain why he can bring this claim for her in the first instance. He cannot. Mr. Eardley had no authority to remove the case from state court. He is neither a party nor a defendant. While he claims to be Ms. Spears's attorney, the probate court ... found that she was incapable of retaining her own counsel."

As a means of retail therapy, the "Toxic" mommy went for a shopping spree at the Levi's store in Beverly Hills, California. Brit looked indifferent as she emerged from the boutique in a flirty green top and a pair of...well... jeans."
