Crock pot.

2 pork tenderloins ( 1 1/2 to 2 lbs total)

1 white onion

3 cloves garlic

1-2 tomatoes

1 C. White wine (any)

1 C. water

salt

pepper

1. Chop onion and set aside.

2. Peel garlic.

3. Season tenderloin with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Cut slits into tenderloin to push cloves of garlic into.

5. In frying pan, brown pork on all sides.

6. While browning pork, chop tomatoes. If you don't mind the skin you can chop as is, or you can place in a pan of boiling water which will allow you to remove the skin.

7. Place browned pork in crock pot. Add onions and tomato. Add wine and water. Cover and cook on low approx. 7-9 hours (all crock pot cooking times vary).

Cut and serve pork over rice or noodles. If gravy is desired, place liquid from crock pot into small sauce pan on stove and boil adding cornstarch until desired consistency is reached.

Enjoy!
