Do you have a true friend?
How many of us really do?
True friends are hard to find,
Who are you a true friend to?

A true friend is always there
Although you might not know,
When tough times do come your way,
Is when their friendship shows.

Though time and distance,
May keep true friends apart,
The bond between them
Is always in their hearts.

The time spent may not be often,
Embracing the moments they share,
Catching up on all they have missed
Time passes quick, not seeming fair.

If you don't have a true friend by your side,
Remember, the Lord will always provide.
