Louisiana Airsports hours of operation are on Saturdays and Sundays, though during summer months they are sometimes open during the week by appointment only. Located 20 miles north of Shreveport at the Gilliam Airport, Skydive Louisiana is the place to go for those living in Northern Louisiana. Skydive Louisiana offers tandem skydiving, as well as student training through AFF (Advanced Free Fall) courses. Skydive Louisiana also offers Demo jumps, if you are interested in having experienced and licensed skydivers drop into an event such as football games, benefits, etc. If you prefer staying in the plane and watching a companion make their leap, Skydive Louisiana offers observer rides for you to enjoy the show from the comfort of the airplane.
