1. Boston Red Sox: The curse is very much gone. After winning their second World Series in four years, it is the Red Sox, not the Yankees, that are clearly the team to beat in Major League Baseball. This season will simply serve one purpose: To see if the Red Sox are capable of putting together a dynasty that will match or surpass the one the Yankees had at the end of last century.
