Something that you can do in the sink or in the bathtub is to pull the drain when your child's bath is over. Usually when you're a baby and the water around you is slowly going away and then gone you accept it to be gone. Now of course not all babies will be as accepting of this method and may decide to fuss. Generally in the bathtub when you pull the plug a toddler notices instantly and will demand that you put it back in. For this reason it can help if you just slightly and discretely move it so that water will be going down the drain but the plug will still appear to be in the bath.
Another thing that you can do to encourage your baby or toddler to end their bath is to have something special after bath time. This can be something as simple as getting to play with one of their favorite toys before bed or that they get to pick out a couple books that they want to be read to them that evening. Usually the idea of nursing is very appealing to a baby and to a nursing toddler and sometimes all it takes to convince them that bath time is over is to ask them if they want to nurse.
In the event that your baby or toddler would rather continuing taking their bath than to do anything else you can always try your best to make the actual part of getting out of the bath something fun and appealing. You can heat their towel in the dryer for a minute, usually if the water has gone from warm to lukewarm, or if the bath water is completely gone your child will be more eager to get out of the bath. If they have a special towel, whether it is custom to their size or has a print or pattern on it that makes it unique, sometime showing them the towel and explaining that they will be nice a warm wrapped up in it is a good enough sale to have them get out of the tub.
