Birthday Party Decorating
To Make Stage Setting:
Put black sheets on walls of the room you will be using.
Hang white Christmas lights around edges of upper wall if you have them. Or multicolored. If that is too much work, just have lights dim. If you have any disco lights, lava lamps, iridescent lamps put them out.
Set folding chairs and kitchen chairs as you would for a concert in rows. Borrow chairs from neighbors or family if needed.
Karaoke machine and discs of rock songs.
Games:
Guitar Hero for game system, if you have.
Have each teenager take a turn to challenge each other!
Karaoke: Let the teens take turns singing or singing in groups of two or three if they are shy.
Try on wigs: If you have any or go to Goodwill or any used shop to buy. The kids will have fun laughing. Take photos just like the paparazzi!
Drinks: Sparkling wine, ice water, different types of sodas in fun liquor glasses. Or use plastic champagne glasses.
