The Jersey Shore...  Probably the most visited attraction in New Jersey...  I have lived in New Jersey my whole life, and I enjoy living here.  I go to the shore every summer, and there is always something to do.  New Jersey also has two fairs that are probably the biggest in the USA.  The Sussex County Fair, and the Meadowlands Fair.  The Sussex County fair is known for it's petting zoo, and the Meadowlands Fair is known for it's rides, and entertainment.  While they are both very huge, the Meadowlands Fair is the largest traveling fair in the world.  If you are a fireworks lover, you will enjoy the Red Bank Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular, which is on July 3rd normally.  Red Bank is New Jersey's top Fourth of July Fireworks Show.  If you are into Fireworks than the Mount Carmel Society in Berkeley Heights New Jersey is a must see.  The Santore Family, who is one of the top Fireworks Producers in the world runs the Spectacular, and the Mount Carmel Fireworks is the best overall Fireworks display in the State of New Jersey.  With fair, fireworks, casinos, and shores, New Jersey is sure to be a place you will love and enjoy!

5.  Six Flags Great Adventure - Jackson NJ.

We had to put this on this because, it is just too great!  Six Flags theme parks are all throughout the USA, but when you come to the one in NJ, expect to have a great time.  Even though there are always thousands and thousands of people there daily, and long lines.  You can expect to have a fun time.  Many of the lines have DJ's playing music to flow the traffic more freely.  If you have ever been to a top notch theme park, Six Flags is probably the best theme park in the USA.  If you are coming to NJ, Jackson is definitely a sure stop for any family wanting to have a great time.

4.  Meadowlands Sports Complex - East Ruthorford NJ.

New Jersey is perfectly fine. Yeah obviously there are bad things about it. But there are so many fun places to go and see. There's awesome beaches here. If you like nature, it's great here. THere are gardens and stuff like that. That's why itz calle the GARDEN STATE. If you like city life. There are a lot of huge cities here. And you don't see people getting murdered here and there! Yeah that's in the news, but in the news they only talk about the bad stuff. The good stuff totally conquers the bad. People get murdered and kidnapped everywhere! Doesn't mean every single place in the world is bad.

It says top five places to visit why would you ask if those are the only places jersey has to offer....and New Jersey is one of the best places you could ever live...you do not walk outside and just see people getting kidnapped and shot...there is crime everywhere though, but nothing major like that. and New Jersey is not dirty it is actually on the verge of becoming one of the richest states! so just dont go if you think so bad about it but you are missing out!

There are no needles in the sand at the beaches. NJ spends millions each year keeping the beaches clean and replenishing them with sand. Like any state, there are good parts and bad parts. If your cousin lives in Camden, I would avoid visiting her there. That's not a good place to even drive through. But if you are looking for a nice shore area you should visit, Long Beach Island or Sea Isle City or Cape May. You can go boating, fishing, surfing just to name a few activities in these great vacation spots. And the night life is also great. Plenty of fine restaurants and bars to have a good time at. NJ has amusement parks, boardwalks, great zoos and Atlantic City. So there's something for everyone. More millionaires live in New Jersey than any other state in the country. There's a reason for that.

A lot of people think NJ is a bad place to live, but we have some of the nicest areas in the USA. As for the weather from March-June, it differs... Usually 40s and 50s in March, but once it hits summertime, expect 80s+. Belmar, Pt. Pleasant, LBI (Long Beach Island), Wildwood, all great beaches, and no there are no needles in the sand.

When a band comes out with a new CD, the first song must grab you, and convince you to listen to the rest. The next 4 songs should support that concept--with versitility. If NJ were a new CD, the sites you listed should be included as the BONUS TRACKS one gets for buying the CD in the first place. Except for the 'nature part' of the Meadowlands, your choices are politically-correct, financial ones that would please only polititians and corporate NJ. This CD wouldn't even go BRONZE!

Try the Garden for Sculpture in Hamilton. It is beautiful and amazing, can spend more than a day walking the grounds. Also try Rat's for dinner.
