It's looking like a bright future for beautiful 18 month old Dannielynn, daughter of the late ex-playmate Anna Nicole Smith. A Los Angeles judge ruled Dannielynn to inherit her late mother's estate. It is said that Dannielynns' father, Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern will be the co-trustees.
Five years before Anna Nicoles' daughter was born she left her estate to her only son Daniel. Her son, who was 20 at the time, died the morning of September 10th 2006, just three days after his beautiful sister Dannielynn was born. Daniel was found dead inside Anna Nicoles' hospital room, she thought he was sleeping, but he never woke up. However, she did say that if she had future children, the trust should be shared equally.
Dannielynn could also win millions of extra dollars if the estate wins this ongoing court battle that has been happening for years. This battle is over the oil fortune of Anna Nicole Smith's late second husband, J. Howard Marshall.
Dannielynn really hasn't seen any peace since her mother died, granted she does have a great father. This child has been on more magazine covers than some movie stars have. Dannielynns' mother Anna Nicole died at the age of 39, just five months after son Daniel was found dead. A private nurse found Anna Nicole unresponsive in her hotel room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

wow, i had no idea that it had been settled. I actually thought that her will said that all future children were excluded and that is why they had to fight so hard. I am glad it all turned out. Looking at her, she seems peaceful. I am not sure that having a camera on a baby gives them that much turmoil. Good job. I couldn;t wait to read this when I saw the title.
