While planning a wedding it is very important to be aware of the season you are getting married in. If you are planning on an Autumn Wedding than this is a great time a year for fun and rich or bright colors. The following are some flowers and arrangement ideas for the ideal Fall Wedding flower arrangements.

For a fall wedding you can go dramatic or more casual. Rich rust, orange, deep yellows, reds, plums, and dark pinks are all great for fall. The only colors that don't quite fit for this time of season would be bright yellows like daisy yellow or light pink or lavender. You can definitely use them as accents just not as the main colors for the flower arrangements. The flowers that don't specifically fit this season would be tulips, hyacinth, and peonies. These are very much related to spring and would look out of place in a fall wedding flower arrangement.

Some of the flowers you will find is season for your fall nuptials will be Calla Lilies which can be found in oranges and reds, Gerbera Daisies in any color of the rainbow that you choose, and of course roses. Another thing you can do with your bridal bouquet or flower arrangements are to add fall foliage like colored leaves or berries. This is very beautiful and acts as less expensive filler than flowers.

Some arrangements that would be beautiful in the standard autumn colors would be the Mango Mini Calla Lilies, Garnet Roses, and green foliage such as ivy. If you want a brighter color scheme take the darker flowers and use them as an accent with white roses, lilies, or even sunflowers. Another flower looked over for your wedding is the magnolia. This is a beautifully scented cream colored flower that would be beautiful with the rich colors of fall.

Other arrangements in the rich and dusty colors best suited for fall would be to have blue Hydrangea which is beautiful for a wedding, and Irises, or Dahlias. The purple and blue combination is lovely and tied up with a cream silk ribbon makes it very elegant.
