The 28 Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in St. Louis takes place on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at noon.

Where is It?

The procession runs through downtown St. Louis, Mo.

Parade Route

The holiday fun begins at 18th Street and Market Street and it heads East. This is important to note because so many previous parades have gone in the opposite direction.

The parade proceeds East on Market Street and ends at Broadway and Market Streets, at Kiener Plaza.

Meet the Irish Dinner: Friday, March 14, 2008

Another annual holiday event is the "Meet the Irish" Dinner on Friday, March 14, 2008. The formal dinner begins at 60m. It takes place at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark. Reservations are $85. Reservations

Party at the Start: Saturday, March 15, 2008

The Party at the Start is just that, an entertainment area located at the beginning of the parade route, in picturesque Aloe Plaza. Aloe Plaza is located at 18th Street and Market Street. There will be traditional Irish food, novelties, and more. The Party at the Start is open until 4pm according to the event organizers.

The 2008 Michelob ULTRA Run: Saturday, March 15, 2008

As is customary with some holiday parades, an athletic run is also held. The 2008 Michelob ULTRA St. Patrick's Day Parade Run is a 5-mile run starting t 9am. The 2008 Michelob ULTRA St. Patrick's Day Parade takes place in downtown St. Louis and in Midtown.
