I don't take baths too often, I am more of a less than 10 minute shower person. As a gift someone gave me some bath salts. I thought that this was a nice choice for a gift because when you use it you will be relaxing however up until recently I had only used the bath salts once. In order to write a better review I decided to use them again in a bath. The bath salts that I used are Dead Sea Classics Dead Sea Bath Salts.

The Dead Sea Classics Dead Sea Bath Salts that I have come in a 1000ml container and the directions suggest that you use 1/4 of the bath salts in your bath. I thought this may have been some sort of typo as that would only mean 4 baths per container. If it is suppose to be 1/4 cup than you could get just about 17 baths out of the container. Not sure what it is I have been doing 1/4 of the container and after two baths have two more to go. The directions also suggest that you soak in it for 20 minutes and so that is exactly what I did.

The Dead Sea Classics Dead Sea Bath Salts dissolved very quickly, I thought that was an added bonus because as a mom of a toddler if I do take a bath I will have to do it quickly. I thought that my skin felt a bit softer after the bath and I certainly was able to relax with the soothing feeling that the bath salts gave the bath water. One thing that I thought was a little odd though was that the directions said to rinse with water. I can only assume that they meant fresh water and not the bath water that the bath salts had dissolved in. I just thought that having to rinse with fresh water instead of the bath water seemed a bit odd.

Another thing that I was kind of concerned with was that you are not suppose to get it in your eyes, so no putting your eyes under the bath water. For this reason as a caution I didn't put my ears under the water either. All in all I think that the Dead Sea Classics Dead Sea Bath Salts are nice bath salts. I will be enjoying the other baths that I use them in for sure.
