The world is going to do what the world is going to do. Being upset over how another person lives will do no nothing but make you unhealthy. When someone honks at you for doing the speed limit. When people cut you off, and take your turn at a 4 way. The best thing to do let them. Forgive them, and do not worry about it. Drive with defense, and not with offense. People that cut others off, or goes out of their turn are driving on the offensive.

Sometimes these things that happen are an accident. No body truly wants to be in a car wreck. Be careful sometimes people get suicidal and will make an attempt at it. And there are others who get into crashes for a profit. I have been in about four car wrecks. After the last one, I never want to be in one again.

I was going to work one morning at about 7:10 am. I was approaching the bridge that goes into Fernandina and noticed something in my lane. It was a ladder fully extended, and laying on its side. I was coming to fast (65 mph) on it to stop. My only option was to switch lanes. I switched lanes while slowing down to miss it (45 mph). I was started to switch back into my lane. Before I completed the lane change something hit me in the back of my head. There was glass flying around, and I noticed my truck picked up speed. My truck started to slide sideways. I was going to try and get control over it, but I decided I should let the truck have its course. I believed in God, that God has his hands around me. And that nothing was going to hurt me. After hitting the rail and spinning backwards the truck finally stopped. Looking backwards down the road I looked to see if I was going to be hit in the front. Thanks to God the traffic stopped a long ways from me. After I went into shock, and hyperventilated I was on my to the hospital in a ambulance.

My mistakes in the crash. I did not check my mirrors. The time I had to miss the ladder caused me to change without looking. After I missed the ladder I was only going 45 mph. Before I changed lanes I was going 65 mph. I believe my 10 mph over the speed limit helped cause this crash.
