It is clinically proven that it is more difficult for a woman to lose weight than it is for a man. Any woman who has a man in her life can see how much they can eat without gaining weight and how easily they lose the weight when they try. It can literally piss us off! It is not fair! A woman can cut out junk and stop drinking pop and not lose a pound. It is hard for women to lose weight. It is even harder for women who only need to lose 10 or 15 pounds to lose those few last pounds. It is simply hard for women to lose weight but I have tried every diet in the book and here are the ones that have worked for me.
I first tried the one where I starved myself but as everyone knows that is a terrible and unhealthy way to lose weight. Not to mention I would get so hungry I eat everything in sight which kind of defeated the purpose. I also got headaches from lack of sugar in my diet. So I tried another approach. I tried the Atkins diet which lasted a little over a week because I am crazy about pasta, bread and cereal and milk. I could not last on a diet that cuts out my favorite food group, not to mention I can't stand eggs and bacon and most of the foods you could eat on the diet.
