Well, here we go again folks!! It is truly beginning to feel like the winter will never end this year. I am 5'5" and the snow banks around my house have come up to my neck!! On the flip side I have total privacy from my neighbors now!! But seriously folks is it truly possible for us to take another hit? All told WMUR Channel 9 News out of NH claims we have received 109.3 inches of snow in Concord NH since July 1st (Although I don't recall it snowing anytime in July!!)!! Last year, according to the same source, we had 25.7 inches of snow!! I am no genius at math but I do know that is approximately 4 times more snow this year then last!! Also according to WMUR, the normal snow level would be 52.8 inches. So that means we are currently 56.5 inches over normal!! Now we are on a severe weather advisory in seven counties including Belknap, Carroll, Coos, Grafton, Merrimack, Strafford and Sullivan. So will it ever end? Is it just me or is anyone else on the verge of having a severe case of cabin fever?

More than just a nuisance - this weather is proving to be deadly to both life and property.

According to WMUR Pelham NH firefighters went door to door in the Beaver Brook area warning residents of possible flooding from the anticipated 3 inches of rain fall. These firefighters expect 15-20 homes could be affected so they are offering sandbags to any and all who want them.
