Work At Home Online: Where Is It?

We have all heard about it: "Work in your underwear". "Make Money At Home" and so on. So you Google'd, Yahoo'd, and searched until finally you asked; "Does it REALLY exist?"

Yes my friend, it does exist; but it isn't as simple as point, click, and get a paycheck. As with anything else on the Internet, scams and deceptions and con games abound. However, with a little thought, a little work, and some good advice it is possible to secure gainful employment that will allow you to work from your own kitchen table. The thought and the work (and the kitchen table) are yours to provide. I will provide the good advice.

First, foremost, and always: Remember what you are looking for. You are looking for a JOB! You know, 1 hour of work = 1 hour of pay. An Internet search for "work online" will, no doubt, return scores of 'Business Opportunities'. Those are NOT jobs. Many are Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) or affiliate programs, and THEY COST MONEY. Many are legitimate and some people really do make money with them, but that is not what you are looking for. Many others are just scams, plain and simple. You join the program for just $19.95 per month and the money is just going to roll into your mailbox.

Now do you really believe that?

That brings us to a second rule: If there is a fee or subscription, it is not a job. It is most likely a device for 'them' to get $19.95 per month from you until you figure out that you are never going to make any money from it and you quit. They will move on to the next pigeon without losing a minute of sleep. Remember, you are looking for a job where 1 hour of work = 1 hour of pay.
