During my visit, my companion and I enjoy some "house coffee" in the front room of the coffee house, a sunny space with a large window that looks out on Warren Street.

The light-filled front room (which was once a parlor or sitting room?) feels modern but rich in history with its deep crimson walls, a beautiful old fireplace mantle, pocket doors, original woodwork, and high ceilings.
