Atkins R-T-D Shakes, Chocolate: Review

Atkins R-T-D Shakes are my favorite choice when it comes to healthy protein drinks and there is no other drink in the market to beats its quality and taste. This comes in different flavors and tastes almost like the regular milk shakes. I have tasted the vanilla and chocolate version and I buy both these in bulk and store in my hostel cupboard. If you are bothered about the price then purchase it online for a good bargain. What I like the most about the Atkins Chocolate is that it gives all the goodness of an ideal protein drink without compromising on the taste and flavor.

Before this I was on SlimFast and the reason why I switched my loyalty to Atkins is that the former is loaded with more carbohydrates. The Atkins is a super protein drink with good amount of fibers and is a good source of multi vitamins. When compared with the other protein drinks this is relatively lo win calories and fats and yet has all that you expect from an energy drink. Not only that it can also be used as a meal replacement drink as it is truly wholesome and in fact has more than all the nutrients that you can derive from a complete meal.

The Atkins is a trusted brand and it is one of the very few health drinks that is committed to the overall development of the body rather than focusing on any particular factor. This is quite satisfying and can suppress hunger for nearly 3 hours. On those days when I run short of time to have a breakfast bite, I take a can of Atkins Shake along with me and sip it on my way. Till afternoon I don't get hunger pangs and this does not make me feel starved. The chocolate flavor is rich and is delectably sweet. My mother finds it excessively sweet but then they are targeted at younger generation and for people with active lifestyle the sugar will automatically burn during the day.
