Product Review: Urban Rebounder Trampoline
With Power Pack DVD and Exercise Bands
I like using the trampoline because it gives a good workout that combines strengthening with increased cardiovascular capacity. It is pretty fun as well. The trampoline does not have the impact on your joints that running does. The resistance bands are great for upper body training and can be used anywhere. They are great for traveling because they can fit in a corner of your suitcase.
The set comes with an instructional DVD that includes three different workouts. There is one for first timers, a basic one called Bounce and Burn, and an intermediate program called Power Burn. The product is able to combine carviovascular, abdominal exercises, squats, lunges, push-ups, and dips all into one portable machine.
The trampoline folds up and comes with a carrying back so that it is easy to store when you are not using it. It does not take up much room if you want to leave it out all the time either.
The trampoline has a soft jumping surface and strong springs to reduce impact. There is a stabilizing bar to hold onto for better balance. I took this bar off after using the product for about a week because I found that I did not need it anymore and that it just made it more difficult to fold up. The product is not dangerous even though many people think about trampolines that way. I have never fallen off it.
You will really feel the burn starting from your first workout. It is a different motion than you usually do so it will strengthen muscles that might not otherwise get strengthened. I really feel it in my legs, calves, and abs.
