Humor they say is the best medicine for what ever ails you at the particular time, but when is growing old considered humor. I worked with senior citizens and I did find some humor with them as I found with all age groups. This article looks to interject humor in various spots of our lives where we usually do not see it.
There are many times when growing older gets funny and the joke just maybe on us younger people who have not quite hit our golden years and become senior citizens. Look below within the article I do hope you laugh at the humor dealing with all of sex, and growing old.
As adults who ages fall between the ages of 21 to 60, we need time to slow down even though we are working hard to support families. The older we get the faster time seems to go, and for too many of us we tend to spend so much time working at our jobs we spend too little time with our families. We always reason that once we have the perfect job or retire we can finally spend time with our families and enjoy life, as we want to. There is very little humor but we look often for it.
We want to take the time and have sex because it feels good, but we never find the time. The only time we can find to have sex usually is on a scheduled night of the week, and we fall asleep exhausted. Usually at this age we have hallway sex, where you just yell f* you as you pass your partner in the hallway! There is your humor, filled sex!
Then retirement hits us, we are called senior citizens and since all of our remaining friends are retired as well, they tend to keep us busy because they are bored. We would spend time with our children but our children are too busy spending time with their children or working non-stop as we used too.
There is no time to enjoy life for most of senior citizens because they are too busy at doctor's appointments trying to either get healthy or remain as healthy as they can.
Hey, there is finally time for sex as senior citizens; too bad, they are usually not healthy enough for sex, which must be a huge let down. It seems so sad that they have all this time but they have no energy to use it as they want to.

As a chap in the Viagra stage I welcome you finely written article and will heed your advice. Now, I will invite you to read my article 'The Word is the Law' - a bit of humour - then give a chuckle (comment) or two...
You run with a different set of over 60 adults than I do! Most of the over 60 crowd I know are healthy, have regular sex, go places, have perfect or near perfect plumbing, volunteer in the community, babysit grandkids, play golf, paint, and do just about anything they want to do. Yes some get dementia earlier than others and that is very sad, but most seniors continue to be productive well into their 70s or longer.
