Target's Corner Computer Desk is a beautiful piece of furniture that makes a great place to store your computer and everything that goes with it. It looks like it came from a much more expensive store but for about half of the price. The parts of the wood that show are all done very nicely in hardwoods and coated with an ebony finish. The other parts are made out of particle board but this does not matter because you hardly ever see them and they are finished in the same color as well.

I really like this desk because it is designed to fit into a corner. It is hard to find desks that do this, especially for this price. This shape is convenient for me because I live in a small apartment and the corner desk helps to save space.

The assembly was pretty easy since the instructions were clear. It still took me about an hour and a half just because there were a lot of pieces. However, it was obvious that the pieces were well constructed. Everything fit together the way it should. The power screwdriver was definitely a help here.

The desk has several nice features to help keep me organized. There is a small drawer and cabinet underneath on each side of the desk. I use the drawers for general office supplies. The cabinets store folders and notebooks that I use often. I like having the drawers and cabinets because they keep my mess out of view. My living room looks much neater thanks to this desk. There is also a keyboard tray which hides the keyboard away when I am not using my computer. This frees up desk space and helps to protect my keyboard from dust. The hutch has a cut out space for a monitor. Around that, there are four shelves on each side and a cabinet at the top. The shelves are great for storing books and CDs.

This desk is a nice looking, sturdy product that does a great job of storing my computer and all the work that goes with it. It does not come with a desk chair so you will need to have one of your own. I would also suggest you pick up some drawer organizers to keep the desk drawers neat and tidy. Overall, this desk serves its purpose and looks very nice in my living room.
