Chris Jericho is the WWE's newest Intercontinental champion and he is heading into Wrestlemania XXIV for the Money in the Bank Ladder match against seven other opponents. This is not Jericho's first Money in the Bank ladder match though because he participated in the first one, along with many other great Wrestlemania appearances. Here is a detailed look at Chris Jericho's Wrestlemania matches and appearances.

Wrestlemania 2000: Jericho's first Wrestlemania would pit him against two of the best ring grapplers in WWE history. It was a triple threat match between Chris Benoit and Kurt Angle for two titles, the Intercontinental Title and the European Championship. There were two falls in the match, the first for the Intercontinental Title, which was won by Benoit using his cross face on Jericho. Jericho would get the revenge he wanted against Benoit by getting the second fall on him not too much later and winning the European title with his finisher the Lionsault. Jericho left his first Wrestlemania a winner and Kurt Angle lost both of his titles without even being pinned.

Wrestlemania X-Seven: Jericho would head into his next Wrestlemania with the Intercontinental Title and put it on the line in the debut match against William Regal. There was a lot of great back and forth action, but Jericho easily got the better of Regal and once again used the Lionsault maneuver for the victory and a successful title defense.

Wrestlemania X-8: By Jericho's third Wrestlemania he was ready for the main event. A few months earlier Jericho was successful in defeating both The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin in one night to become the first ever Undisputed Champion in the WWE. Triple H had just made a huge comeback though and was on his heels for this great main event match. These two fought all over the ring and even on the announcer's tables in a great fight. Triple H ended up connecting his Pedigree finisher though and Jericho's first Wrestlemania main event resulted in a loss.
