Guide to Mick Foley's WWE Wrestlemania Matches and Appearances

Mick Foley had many personas in the WWE, but one of his most popular was Mankind. This deranged wrestler had many feuds with superstars like the Undertaker, Kane, and Shawn Michaels, but some of his most memorable moments are actually refereeing at Wrestlemania. Other than refereeing, Mick Foley has done several other appearances at the event, including memorable matches. Here is a detailed look at Mick Foley's Wrestlemania matches and moments.

Wrestlemania 13: Mick Foley's Wrestlemania debut was a tag team title bout against The British Bulldog and Owen Hart. Foley had Vader on his side and together these two battled the duo in a heated match. The brawl eventually led to the outside of the ring where the match was called as a double count out and Foley's first Wrestlemania appearance was neither a win or a loss.

Wrestlemania XIV: One year later and Foley would back into the tag team title scene again as he wrestled as Cactus Jack and teamed up with Chainsaw Charlie (Terry Funk). These two took on the New Age Outlaws in a dumpster match for the tag team championship. In this match you had to place your opponent inside of a dumpster and close the lid to the win. The match headed backstage where the two wrestlers used a forklift to place the New Age Outlaws into a dumpster for the win and new tag team champions. The win was contested the next night, but it was still a great match for Foley.

Wrestlemania XV: Instead of the tag team championship on the line once again, Foley was now in his first Wrestlemania singles match for a shot at being the special referee in the main event of the night. His opponent was the Big Show and Foley got the crap beat out of him, including a choke slam onto two chairs. This did not put him out of commission though because he went on to Special Referee the main event where Stone Cold Steve Austin won the WWE title from the Rock.
