Lisa Lynn is an Atlanta, GA resident who did a live interview with CNN on March 15, 2008 about the recent tornado. It is a tornado that hit the historic Cabbagetown area with such as strong force that it blew out windows , destroyed buildings and injured people. She was at the Georgia Dome watching a college basketball game with her husband when the storm hit. Here's what she had to say:

"I AM NOT USED TO SEEING THIS TYPE OF THING IN THIS AREA."

This witness agrees that it is unusual to see a storm hit a downtown metropolitan area in this way. It was an event that took her for surprise. She is still in shock over it.

"I WASN'T SURE WHAT WAS GOING ON."

It wasn't evident that the unusual sounds going on in the Georgia Dome was actually a tornado. The usual "train" rumbling sound that people normally describe in this incident didn't happen. As a result, Lisa Lynn didn't panic or run because she didn't know she was actually in danger. Like many people, she kept watching the game.

"MY HUSBAND IS THE ONE WHO FIRST NOTICED PEOPLE SHOVING AND PUSHING EACH OTHER."

When other people populating the Georgia Dome began to realize that mother nature was hitting the area in a huge way, they began to rush out and push each other. Lisa didn't see it though because she was still in the stands and her husband was actually getting food in the concession area.

"I AM WAITING TO HEAR THE FINAL CALL ON THE STORM."

Just like the rest of the world, Lynn is waiting to see what the pro's have to say about the storm. The pro's are meteorologists and other weather gurus who diagnose, measure and track storms. Although the storm that hit the Georgia Dome is widely reported as a Tornado, local residents and meteorologists aren't sure. It's still in the diagnosis period. People are waiting for the final call.
