You got the chips, dips, and maybe some sandwiches to go with the beer and scotch you were going to serve at tonight's poker game. Here are some super simple ways to make your poker night a night to remember.

You need:

Tropical pita delight (serves 5)

· 2lbs of meat or meat substitute ( beef, pork, chicken, tofu or meat substitute)

· Pita bread

· 2 table spoon Sugar or 3 table spoon honey

· 1 Table spoon of soy sauce

· Pinch of salt, pepper, and butter

· Pepper Jack cheese

· Bean Sprout, mango, and tangerine.

Take the meat or meat substitute and cut the length wise about ½ inches by 3 inches.

Marinate the meat in the mixture of salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sugar or honey for 2 hours or more.

Sauté the mixture until the meat is done.

Lightly toast the pita bread in the toaster.

Fill the Pita bread with bean sprouts and pepper jack cheese.

Place the meat or meat substitute on top of the cheese while it's hot to melt the cheese.

Put the mango and tangerine in the blender and blend until smooth.

Put small amount of mango tangerine sauce on the assembled pita and serve to your poker buddies.

There are three main concepts here, which are the bread, meat, and flavoring/sauce. Depend on your theme you may experiment with other authentic variations. Tropical pita delight is perfect poker party food that will surprise your most trendy poker buddies and they will talk about it for years to come.

Sounds easy and really quick after the marinating time is up. I like the suggestion to experiment with the flavor variations. P.S. Did you know our comments, keywords, etc...show up on search engines, too? Here's to hoping this one gets someone back to check out your article!
