The first hotel in which I reviewed is the Mount Bachelor Village Resort. This three-star-hotel is located only eighteen miles from the Mount Bachelor Ski Resort, and is only two miles from downtown Bend and the Old Mill District. Some of the various amenities this hotel offers its guests includes an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and a fitness center. There is also complimentary wireless Internet access available throughout the entire hotel. Guests also have access to a wax room, ski storage, and a ski shuttle. This hotel has 40 guestrooms and 90 suites, all of which come with complimentary wireless Internet access, cable television with VCRs and DVD players.
The second hotel in which I reviewed is the Seventh Mountain Resort. This three-star-hotel is situated along the Deschutes River within the National Forest, and literally rests adjacent to the Widgi Creek Golf Course. Some of the various amenities this hotel offers its guests includes an outdoor swimming pool and spa tub, a children's pool with water feature, as well as a seasonal ice rink with fire pit. This hotel is entirely nonsmoking, and also comes with a business center with complimentary wireless Internet access, there are also conference facilities. This hotel consists of 40 guestrooms, all of which are spread out over 20 three-story building. All of the guest rooms come with such amenities as complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access, DVD and VCR players. Voicemail, coffeemakers, microwaves, refrigerators, hair dryers, as well as a fireplace which comes with one complimentary fire log - additional fire logs are available at the front desk for purchase.
