Recently, Geraldine Ferraro linked Barack Obama's success in the presidential race to his ethnic background. It was an act that upset many U.S. citizens to the point that she resigned from her honorary position in Hillary Clinton's camp. However, people haven't stopped talking about it yet. The question has been posed over different news media as to the power of Obama's "blackness" in the influence of the nation's voters. So let's ponder it. IF BARACK OBAMA WAS WHITE . . .
His "inexperience" would be just "the naivety" needed to buck against the "old politics" that are bringing America down.
Bill O'Reilly would find every possible way to back him 100%.
Reverend Wright's rhetoric would have never gone live on TV.
His ability to woo the media would be attributed to "finesse" and "intelligence" and not just "preacher-like charisma."
Geraldine Ferraro would have never said his winning-status with voters was due to "luck", but only a well thought out "political strategy."
The Clinton camp would have never talked about his race.
His close relationship with his wife Michelle and their children would be deemed a "perfect" picture of family life.
The divide between the races wouldn't be such BIG news.
More Democrats would be asking Hillary Clinton to step down since it's obvious that she's losing in the popular vote and delegate vote.
The political "drama" would be the usual "Democrats versus Republicans" and not "Obama versus Clinton."
Bill Clinton would have never gone on the road for his wife in order to win the "Black" vote.
SNL would quit insinuating that the media-attention he's getting is unfair to Hillary Clinton because they'd admit she's "lacking" something in the "personality" department.
His photo in "Muslim" attire would only be his way of reaching out to other cultures.
Michelle Obama would be considered a "fashionista" because of her charm, beauty and smart attire.
Al Sharpton could back him because no White person would see it as a "negative" or something to be "suspicious" about.
