There is no greater gift one can give than one that will benefit the lives of those who suffer from disease and serious health issues. Research Facilities are constantly working to find better treatments, medications, procedures, and other beneficial means to provide lasting relief for a variety of illnesses and diseases. Medical Schools are always training new doctors in better techniques, procedures, and skills which could better serve patients.

If you knew you could do something to help in this massive endeavor, would you want to do it. Well, many would probably have to think about. Many would say, "It would depend on what was required of me."

One of the best ways a person can help in the medical research process is by donating their body upon their death to a Medical Research Facility.

When a person dies, the expense is enormous. Thousands of dollars are spent to place a body into the ground to decay and fade away. It returns into the earth. Before it is destroyed and left to decay, why shouldn't it be used to benefit mankind? Why not allow medical research to use it for the benefit of health care in the future?

There is no greater gift a person can give then to give the gift of life to those who would die without it. Whole body donations are the greatest of all gifts one can give to future generations.

Some facts About Whole Body Donation

Whole body donation is sometimes referred to as Anatomical Donation which is the time of death gift of organs and tissues for medical research and education. Anatomical donation is almost always an option, even when transplantation is not.

Bodies are used for medical research, training of future medical doctors, development of new procedures, techniques, medications, and any endeavor which the facility is currently involved in which will benefit and aide in the advancement of medical science. The way the bodies are used is determined by the needs and research goals of the different facilities which receive the body donations.

These bodies can help doctors and researchers learn about different diseases, illnesses, and conditions they may not be able to learn otherwise.
