History:
Rita's is a newly opened family restaurant located in downtown Ripon, Wisconsin. Since opening its doors in December 2006, Rita's has become one of the top dine-in formal restaurants in all of Ripon.

Food & Menu Offerings:
Rita's offers traditional American as well as regional foods on its daily menu. Foods such as Certified Angus Beef, fresh fish, organic chicken, certified lamb and pork are all offered at Rita's. Along with these main dishes, Rita's also offers a wide variety and selection of outstanding wines to choose from.

My Personal Favorites:
Rita's Meatloaf. If you love meatloaf then you are sure to love this entrée. The meatloaf comes rolled in bacon and is served with mashed potatoes. You can't go wrong with this selection. It is definitely one of my all-time favorites at Rita's.
Grilled Pork Tenderloin. This grilled pork tenderloin dish comes with roasted potatoes and vegetables and is one of my favorite dinner menu selections.
Pan Seared Salmon. Since I love salmon, I tend to order it whenever I see it on the menu at a restaurant. This salmon entrée at Rita's is another one of my all-time favorites and makes a great meal for dinner with a glass of wine. I highly recommend trying this entrée if you are ever at Rita's.

Service:
Rita's provides outstanding waitress service and meals are very quickly prepared and served. I have been to Rita's a handful of times since it opened in 2006 and each time I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service, people and food.
