That's true for me it seems.
I regress from going forward,
then I forget to follow my dreams.
Sometimes a little chaos,
a bit of life's generous shaking up
is just the formula needed,
the gentle push that is enough
To send me on my way again
the balance that I need.
It reminds me not to take life for granted,
That no day is guaranteed.
