Courage is a gift of wisdom and sensitivity. Think about the hero that faces all dangers and saves the weak inhabitants of his country risking his or her life for them, or the hero that works many hours to save the
victims of a catastrophe, working in unbearable conditions without thinking about his own pain - there are many examples of people that face horrible situations without fainting or abandoning the battle because they accept the responsibility to save others - this gives us an idea of what it means to be courageous in life.

Everyone faces hard moments when they have to show courage and continue on, as well as facing all the difficulties and obstacles that appear in their way.

Many times we need courage just to get out of bed and face another day...

If you have many problems to solve, debts, unpleasant meetings and bad situations to deal with, as well as chronic depression, the idea of courage for you, is but an irony!

Negative thoughts follow you everywhere. Since you have several problems, you cannot stop worrying. The attempts to forget them irritate you... You want to think about them, hoping that you'll finally find the miraculous solutions you need.

But you never do. In the end, you really want to stop thinking about them but they won't leave your mind... Where can you find courage to continue your journey and triumph?

You are very far from the attitude of the courageous hero that saves the crowd...

You need help. No, I'm not going to tell you that you must use positive thinking, because what you "must do" may not be possible for you. If you are depressed, without the courage to open your eyes or open your mouth to say a word, you cannot think positively.

You may even be facing situations so terrible that the attempt to forget them could be considered totally crazy. You have to care about your problems and try to solve them urgently... Your life is in danger. The entire world will explode!

Who can help you in these tragic moments? Where can you find courage to go on like a hero?

  • Accept the fact that you are imprisoned in life and you cannot escape.
  • You need guidance, counselling, knowledge, support and relief.
  • Your own dreams provide everything you need in order to be strong and self-confident.
