For Easter my mom made a huge turkey dinner instead of having ham all the time. There ended up being so much leftovers that she gave me a big bowl full and also had some for herself. I ended up just putting stuff together and created a really good turkey dinner. For this recipe you will need the following items:

4 cups of cut up turkey

1 small can of cream of chicken soup

A few splashes of lemon juice

Diced tomato's (about 1 cup or so)

Diced white onion(about 1 cup or so)

Little bit of Hellman's mayonnaise

Crushed potato chips( about 2 cups crushed up)

Parmesan cheese

A few slices of swiss or provolone cheese

Salt, pepper, and a tad bit of garlic powder

First you are gonna mix everything together in a large bowl except for the swiss, provolone, and chips Then you are gonna place this mixture into a deep shallow casserole dish. Now cover this dish with your chips. Let this bake at 325 for about 40 minutes or so. Then throw on your cheeses place back into oven for another 5 minutes. Serve with a nice green salad, and a good loaded baked potato.

I have been having problems leaving comments on my friend's articles, some would go through OK others just kept flashing in a funny way and refusing to leave my comments. This is just to let you know I have been read and enjoyed your piece, but I have to do this with about 2000 of you, having saved all those I wanted to comment on over the last couple of weeks. I am doing this so everyone knows that I have not been ignoring my article alerts and do care about my friends!
