Northside is one of the best hospitals in the nation. The care they give is excellent! However, be wary of their Vital Records department. Double-check your paperwork. Follow up with them if you don't receive your child's confirmation of birth, social security card and/or birth certificate. If they state you didn't properly complete the paperwork, travel to their office at the hospital and request to see your original paperwork. They will tell falsehoods about filing the paperwork and following up with ensure you receive the necessary information for your child.
