Life is a journey down a road full of the unknowns. Life has no maps showing us the right roads to travel down, or signs telling us where we are headed. As each new day approaches it becomes a gift ready to unfold it filled with unexpected surprises good and bad.

You may think you have no control over what is happening in your life now, or what could happen. You may even feel trapped and alone. You may have this overwhelming feeling of no way out of the life you are living. You may even feel everything in your life keeps repeating the same things over and over again.
