My Frustration Regarding Associated Content in Regards to Contacting a Live Person

I have been writing on and off now for associated content and from the beginning I have pretty much found the entire process to be pretty much a win/win situation.

Unfortunately there have been times when I have needed to contact someone with a question or in regards to assistance on work that I have submitted that has been rejected. The main problem is that is so frustrating is there is no one who will respond directly to you. There is a contact us comment section that states you will not be contacted back directly which further adds to the frustration.

Recently I wrote an article that was about my computer experience and How I Disabled the ETLRLWS Virus on My Computer. I was so excited to have disabled the virus and wanted to share the info with others because at this time there are no clear cut ways to stop the virus for free unless you buy expensive software which may or may not work.

Anyway I had found a way to disable it for free and wanted to share it. I submitted it only to find that of course I had to attribute some of the sections that stated how to fix the problem. I went back and attributed the sections the way AC told me how to do it only to receive a response which I felt had a very rude tone stating I had copied the article word for word from another source which was totally untrue. There was only one section that was word for word and I did attribute to the writer which explained how to actually fix the problem which doesn't leave room for literary license. I couldn't change anything about that.

I was already frustrated with the inability to actually contact a live person at AC but this time my blood pressure actually went up about 30 points due to how upset it made me because I could vent to no one because right now there is no way possible to correspond with Associated Content.

Actually I feel much better that I have gotten this off of my chest and if AC decides to cancel me there are other mediums that pay as well or even better in some cases as AC.

I am sure I am not the other person who has experienced this. Other than not being able to get someone who I could at least directly email writing for AC has been a good experience.
