It's easy to update your kitchen. Today's appliances are not only more functional than yesterday's, they also offer luxury, convenience and style that was never before available. The good news is that you don't have to break the bank to create the luxury kitchen you crave. Many kitchen products currently on the market are both luxurious and affordable.

Luxury Kitchen Upgrade: Space Saver Microwave or Microwave/Convection Combo

A space-saver microwave can make or break your kitchen. There's no need to spend a great deal of money on a microwave oven to get the luxury and cooking power you want and need. However, spending a little more can really make a difference. There are microwave ovens which can be built into your wall, along with the cabinetry, providing the ultimate in luxury and convenience. Some of the higher-end microwave ovens on the market also double as convection ovens. The Miele MasterChef is a top-of-the-line convection/microwave combo which offers both beauty and cooking function.

Luxury Kitchen Upgrade: Dual-Fuel or Ceramic-Glass Cooktop Range

Both gas and electric ranges are highly beneficial upgrades for the luxury kitchen. There is a wide range of gas ranges available now, including quite a few high-end dual-fuel ranges. Wolf, for example, makes a dual-fuel range with a gas cooktop and an electric convection oven, a hidden touch control panel, dual-stacked sealed burners and ten cooking modes.
