Aside from the medical remedies, candida esophagitis natural remedies can be used to help aid in treating the disease.

The main culprit in the development of candida esophagitis is the fungus candida albicans. This fungus can affect any part of the body but most often than not it targets the private areas but it can also target the esophagus. The term candida esophagitis literally means inflammation of the esophagus caused by the fungus candida albicans. This sickness however can be cured through candida esophagitis natural remedies.

The best natural remedy in terms of candida esophagitis is diet. Having a specific "Anti-Candida" diet is an effective way to cure candida esophagitis. Basically, an "anti-candida" diet would require a sufferer to avoid refined carbohydrates such as white rice, white bread, pasta, biscuits and cakes. Recommended food for the "anti-candida" diet would include foods with full fat, live yogurt and milk coconut. There are also certain fruits that should be avoided like melon, grapes and bananas.

Candida esophagitis natural remedies are more focused on diet because unlike other candida infections on other areas of the body, topical application of different substances and products will not work since the esophagus is an internal part of the body. The only method nearest to topical application is through the consumption of natural lozenges such as ginger.

Of course, even though candida esophagitis natural remedies are very effective, it would still be advisable to ask or consult a doctor. This way, assessment can be done and appropriate actions can be taken if the need arises to.

Hi Charlene, this definitely doesn't sound very pleasant to have. I am going to look it up on the Internet and find out more about the fungus itself. Thank you for sharing. I still have you on my favorite CP's list, and hope to start catching up soon. Still having problems with my hand and arm after the 2 surgeries, but things are getting better. We are getting DSL next week, and then my computer is going in to be cleaned out. I should be catching up soon. Have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Hugs Mary
