Increase Page Views at Associated Content by This Simple Strategy

Money Will Come in Too!

There are different motivations for writing online and particularly on Associated Content. Many write just for the fun of it and do not care about page views and money. Others take it as a part time job even a full time job. Many like to increase page views (and money) writing at AC.

There is a simple strategy to increase page views. It has to be done consistently day after day, week after week. I am always learning and this has been working for me in the last few months.

The strategy is very simple. You need to write 2 types of article.

Article type 1. These are the kind of articles that are very popular in nature. I will call it Pop Articles.

What I do is go to Goggle news and Yahoo News and find out what is the most popular news in that moment. You will know which news is popular by looking at the number of articles that have been written about that topic or news.

Why write Pop articles? Simple, they bring page views, and a lot of them. The first time I did this it was accidental. I was always writing about science and technology, which is what I like, but one day I was on goggle news and saw that a very popular actress had died recently. I wrote the article Cute General Hospital Nurse Shell Kepler Died in Oregon at 49. I did it for free and published in the News section. I have to confess that it was accidental what happened. In the next page views refresh that simple popular article had 1700 page views in 24 hours. I Goggled different word combinations and I found that depending on the keywords my article was between position 1 or 3 on goggle news.

As I said it was accidental but by analyzing the article I found that the keyword density was at about 3-4% for nurse, for Shell Kepler, etc. That article has brought about 3000 page views in 3 days then it has almost stopped being viewed. That is the main disadvantage of Pop articles. They bring a Lot of Page views in a few days but then the fade away.

However, this strategy brings additional benefits. Many of those people who come for your Pop article may read more of your AC content (more page views), they may also subscribe to your content (more page views later on).
