I'm always trying new hair products, including shampoos and conditioners. I'd rather use the 2-in-1 formulas because they're quicker and easier. So when I saw a display at Kroger advertising a new product, I decided to give it a whirl. Read this Garnier Fructis Daily Care 2-in-1 Fortifying Shampoo + Conditioner for Normal Hair Review and discover what I found out!

Price and Availability
I found Garnier Fructis Daily Care 2-in-1 Fortifying Shampoo + Conditioner for Normal Hair at Kroger. It was on sale: 2- 13-fluid ounce bottles for $5.00. This product is also available at Walgreens.

Product Description
Garnier Fructis has a wide variety of shampoos and conditioners for your hair. I chose this product because it's shampoo and conditioner conveniently mixed together in one bottle. It's for Normal Hair. Since I haven't colored or highlighted my hair in awhile, I guessed it's pretty normal right now. The bottle also says Garnier Fructis Daily Care 2-in-1 Fortifying Shampoo + Conditioner for Normal Hair maintains healthy strength and shine. It contains "Reinforced Active Fruit Concentrate, Vitamins B3 + B6, Fructose + Glucose which acts deep within and on the surface of your hair to strengthen & smooth each strand". The back of the Garnier Fructis Daily Care 2-in-1 Fortifying Shampoo + Conditioner for Normal Hair bottle says it's "gentle for everyday use, nourishes normal hair to maintain health, strength and shine."

Takeaways
  • Without using hair spray, mousse or gels, my hair styles stayed in place quite well.
  • The fragrance is fresh and rather fruity.
  • It contains "Reinforced Active Fruit Concentrate, Vitamins B3 + B6, Fructose + Glucose.
Did You Know?
Once I color or highlight my hair again, and it becomes dryer, I have doubts this product will have enough moisturizers in it to work.

Great Review !!!...my hair is so curly and unmanagable..I can only use the very expensive shampoos to tame it down !!!!

I've tried Fructis before and it left my hair soft. The only trouble is, after a while, I need to try out a new shampoo and conditioner as my hair then becomes dry and frizzy again. Sophie

I'm obsessed with Garnier. I have hard to manage hair and they're one of the few brands that actually works for me. Great review!

I love Fructis, as well. My sister, a cosmetologist tells me that it is also the best shampoo on the market for hair that can't afford to be "salon style" hair. Thanks for a great read.

Great review, very patiently written. I like this product, but my favorite hair care products are by Nioxin.

P.S. I was really attracted by the "appealing price and good job" part. :)

Super job! Didn't it drive you crazy listing the ingredients? I know it did when i did the same for one item I reviewed. Some of those chemical names were going to drive me bonkers and then I had to go back and spell things like "benzylchoripolicaffeindatedhydrogonate" or some such word. Ack! You have great patience and attention to detail to stick with the ingredients and then have enough brain cells left over to write your opinion of the product. I'm in true awe.

Terrific review! I love the way Garnier products smell, but my hair is too dry to use any 2 in 1 products. Thanks for the info on this one~my older daughter may get good results from it.
