Adult Halloween Theme Party

Halloween parties are fun to throw, but you may be unclear as to where you should start.  The easiest place to start is to first choose your theme of your party.  As we all know, you can have just a normal costume party where everyone dresses up and comes over for some fun.  Spice it up this year and pick a different theme to get yourself off to a great start.  It will be fun for you and your guests will be anxiously awaiting your party!

The "P" Party

First, send out your invitations to the party.  Make them creative and clearly state your theme so that guests will understand it.

You may choose to pick what your guests can dress up as, then have them RSVP back with what they choose, or you can let them come in what they would like.  The idea is that guests may only come dressed up as something that begins with a "P".  

If you are letting your guests just come up with their own creations, then that's fine.  You may be impressed come the night of your party.  If you want to pick what they come dressed up as, then make a list in your invitations that they can choose from, or you can specifically pick one costume for each guest.  Remember, it may be easier if you give them the list because some costumes may take more time or money to put together than others.

These are just a few ideas to get you started.  You can use as many things as you would like, let your imagination take you there!  If this party is done correctly, it can make a hillarious night and something to talk about long after it's over.  When you decorate, try decorating with things that only begin with the letter "P".  Food is the same, serve foods that start with "P" or make your own creation and call it something beginning with "P".  You should have a ball with this one!  Enjoy!
